Urging Congress, the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP), the United States Department of Justice, and the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to recognize industrial hemp as a valuable agricultural commodity. Introduced in the House on 2/07/2014. Adopted by the House on 2/13/2014. Introduced in the Senate 2/18/2014. Failed in Senate 2/19/2014.
