Nevada Hemp Legislation
Authorizes an institution of higher education or the State Department of Agriculture to grow or cultivate industrial hemp for purposes of research conducted under an agricultural pilot program or for other agricultural or academic research.
STATUS: Signed into law by Gov. Sandoval on June 4, 2015
